The above matches previous reports for the El Conquistador so that would be my best guess for this one, although i wouldn't totally rule out the Rio Mar. What are the date(s) of this stay?

What is the approval rating? I think someone had mentioned that the ElCon has a 95% approval rating.

There was a similar post/thread a couple weeks ago with exact same amenities list in Rio Grand area. Poster never confirmed what the hotel turned out being then, maybe they didn't book, but the prevailing opinion of others was that this set of amenities was most likely Rio Mar Beach Resort and Spa. I'm kind of in the same boat, really hoping for El Conquistador but not for a few months from now.
