When searching HOTWIRE for 2adults/0children for your dates i'm seeing a different 4* property offered. However, when i change the search to 2adults/2chidlren i see the same property as you above... are you searching for more than double occupancy?

The amenity description above does match that of the Hilton Convention Center and that would be my best guess for this one.
