Hotwire Hotel: 3.5* Seattle (Downtown-Pike Place) Silver Cloud Inn Broadway

Pike Place? Nowhere bloody near! What's the deal Hotwire? It's on the other side of the interstate to Downtown.

That said, I liked the hotel. Pretty standard fare for a nice clean hotel but we got a good deal - $89. The staff were fine. The saving grace was the shuttle. We were only there one night but used it to be picked up from the Light Rail Station opposite Old Navy. The shuttle is nice, great drivers and leaves the hotel every half hour most of the time. They were always only 10 minutes or less away whenever we called to be picked up from Downtown.

Hotwire - please don't put your usual 'We're glad it worked out despite the location'. Change the location instead. :)

When you use PRICELINE / HOTWIRE you need to be willing to accept a hotel anywhere in the zone, and like it or not, this property is located within the boundaries of their Downtown-Pike Place zone. Did you try to guess the id of the property beforehand based upon the amenities and any other information shown by HOTWIRE?
