For the Entertainment District property you've listed Restaurant twice... did you simply repeat this amenity or should the second occurrence be a different amenity?

For the Vancouver West property my guess is a new amenity combination for the Cascadia Hotel and Suites.

For the Entertainment District property, this is a match for the Holiday Inn Downtown so that would be my best guess here.
