The Hotwire listing showed that this hotel was a $119/night value. The regular rate on the hotel website was only $69.99. I could have done better with my AAA discount or by using a rest area coupon book. I complained to Hotwire that they misrepresented the value of the room. They refused to do anything about it, or even apologize for their error. This is the second time that Hotwire showed an inflated rate comparison on a room that I booked. I have had some great rates with Hotwire, and will continue to use them, but will no longer trust their rate comparisons.

This is a new listing to the board for Johnson City. I booked the room using the HOTWIRE link at betterbidding.com
