Priceline Hotel: 3* Oahu (Waikiki City Central) Ohana East

Have tried booking the past two months for 4*, 3.5* and 3* and were rejected . Yesterday, I was working on my same routine of bidding.

Start bidding for a 4* from $81+$9 hotel cash reward = $90 and then incrementing $5 in each area until $115 ($106 bid) but no luck <_< .

Then I started all over again for 3.5* again with no luck <_< .

Finally, I start bidding for a 3* from $66+9=$75 and avoiding Diamond Head and Executive Center area (these 2 areas have 3* hotels and I don't want to stay too far from the beach) and win this in the last area I bid on for $79 ($88 with cash reward).
