I called the Hilton to confirm the bed type in the room and they refused to give me any information as I booked the reservation through a travel agency. I had to call Priceline's customer service number to have them contact the hotel for me. This is the first hotel I was unable to speak with directly about my reservation. I hope this does not become a trend.
