Hotwire was running a $23 per night special on a 3 star with the following ammenities: Casino, Restaurant, Pool, Fitness, Hi-Speed Internet, Business, Golf, Tennis, Spa.I really didn't want Circus Circus, and thanks to the list I was confident it would be the Riviera.
