Hotwire Hotel: 4* Strip South Question

I cannot seem to pin this one down; it is $60 a night and says there is 'about a $20 resort fee a night'. Best guess is Tropicana. I'm shocked it has a 4.5/5 rating on TA though.

Not too many hotels have that high of a rating on tripadvisor, especially at the 4* level according to the hotel list.

This is a match for the Tropicana, which does currently have a 4.5 TA rating, and that would be my best guess for this one.

The property has been getting very good reviews since their recent renovations/transformation.
