Hotwire Hotel: Help Identifying Downtown Austin 4* (was 3.5*??)

So I'm looking at 1 night in Downtown Austin for 2/4/12. I see a 4* for $79 with the following amenities:

Smoke Free Rooms

Fitness Center

Pool(s)

Restaurant(s)

Business Center

Laundry Facility (Self-Service)

High-Speed Internet Access

Tennis Nearby

This really looks like the Sheraton amenities to me. BetterBidding has that listed as a 3.5* though. Any other opinions on this?

There is no way to know if a HOTWIRE hotel has been upgraded or not until it's reported to the board, but the Sheraton would be a logical guess for this one, and my best guess as well.
