Priceline Hotel: 5* strip 02/19 - 02/22

I am new to this forum and need some suggestions. I am looking for 5* hotel for the dates 02/19 - 02/22 ( preferable Bellagio, Venetian or Wynn). Any tips or advises on bidding price to start with in priceline.

What would be your desired budget per night? Additionally, are both South and North strip acceptable, or are you primarily interested in North Strip?
