Hotwire Hotel: Need help identifyling 3* Vancouver West hotel

I can't seem to identify this hotel that's showing up on Hotwire:

3* Vancouver West

- boutique

- smoke-free

- business center

- high-speed internet

- tennis nearby

Recommended in 95% of Hotwire reviews

Dates: 4/19-22

Quoting $87 (usu 125)

After searching the board, it looks to be a match for the Greenbrier Hotel, but the Tripadvisor review average is so bad that I can't think that's it at a Hotwire 95% thumbs-up.

Unfortunately this property has not yet been reported to the board, and although i did research the area, i'm not able gain any insight into this one.

I do see what i'm guessing to be the Sheraton Wall Centre for ~$105/nite if this is of any interest... or you can try bidding on PRICELINE for a lower price than either the likely Sheraton at $105 or less for a lower rated hotel.
