Evy Posted January 26, 2012 Report Posted January 26, 2012 I used the PRICELINE link and my first bid of $63 was not accepted for a 3* hotel in the convention center zone, but my next bid of $65 was accepted by the 3.5* Marriott Philadelphia Downtown at 1201 Market Street.
