Romelle Posted January 24, 2012 Report Posted January 24, 2012 All Hotwire has is 3 1/2* offerings for 4/30 to 5/3- Venice $296 and Mestre $91. Searching the individual dates does give some 4* and 5* availability. Priceline can be a little less expensive, but with nothing offered by Hotwire for the 4* and 5* places, it looks to be a pretty expensive time.Romelle
BBB3000 Posted January 24, 2012 Author Report Posted January 24, 2012 Is there a chance that cheap rooms will open up over the next few weeks/month?
Romelle Posted January 24, 2012 Report Posted January 24, 2012 You might want to define "cheap". It means different things to different people. A number of years ago I stayed there for 6 days - strictly because I wanted a lot of time to pick out some chandeliers for my house. I stayed at the youth hostel at about $25 a night. For Venice - Mestre that $91 is on the cheap side of what it can be. Romelle
