Hotwire Hotel: Need Help Identifying 3.5* in West Mesa

Hi all,

I'm looking to stay in West Mesa from 2/10-2/13. I'll be using the HOTWIRE link on the board to search and book. :)

I see that there is a 3.5* in West Mesa for $66 with the amenities of: Fitness Center, Pool(s), Restaurant(s),Business Center, High-Speed Internet Access, and Golf Nearby.

The hotel list on this board lists the following hotels for West Mesa:

3* Best Western Dobson Ranch

Amenities: Restaurant, Fitness, Complimentary Breakfast, Business, Laundry

3* Hilton Phoenix East/Mesa

Amenities: Restaurant, Pool, Fitness, Business, Golf

3* Holiday Inn

Amenities: Restaurant, Pool, Fitness, Hi-Speed Internet, Business, Laundry

Is there any way that this could be the Hyatt Place in Mesa or is it one of the hotels listed above, just with an upgrade in stars? Any thoughts?

While this could be the Hyatt Place, i'm not sure their 'Bakery Cafe' qualifies for the Restaurant amenity listing, so while possible, i would think this is more likely some other property.

We have not see a hotel with this exact amenity set yet reported to the board, but my guess would be the Hilton Phoenix East/Mesa with a new star rating and Internet amenity listed, or the Courtyard Phoenix Mesa, which would also seem to fit this description.
