A property with this amenity set has not yet been reported to the board. I think it may be the Westin with a newly added Smoke Free amenity since it was last reported to the board, and that would be my best guess for this one. Even if it's not, i will add that this HOTWIRE offer gets excellent reviews: 95% recommended by previous HOTWIRE guests, rates 4.5 or 5.0 on all the criteria HOTWIRE asks guests to rate, and a 4.5/5.0 TA rating... so i don't think quality is going to be an issue with this one at all.
