Not sure if it's the same hotel. I would not have purchased it if I'd seen 75%. Interesting.)

From what i know about this property the rooms can be small, but the location is supposed to be excellent, hopefully you can make it work well for your needs. AaronJB Posted January 22, 2012 Report Posted January 22, 2012 This is a very historic property that was once rumored to be a hideout for Capone, then was later the Playboy Club and has a ballroom where the dance floor lights up. The property was given a significant renovation a couple of years ago (parts of the hotel were closed, I believe), and reviews have improved since. Location - just off Michigan Ave at the top of the North Michigan Ave area - is terrific.
