Is it the Holiday Inn 57.th (because of the pool)?

Assuming the 3* above is in the Chelsea-MSG zone, then yes, my guess would be the Holiday Inn Express MSG.

Hello, thanks a lot for the help.We compared the prices with the calendar of wins the year before and it seemed to be a lot cheaper last year... Now our questions:

1. Are there all bookings you get informed about in this calender, or just the very best??

2. When did these people book? When is the best time to book, does it make sense to book now for july 2012?

All posted wins are updated to the calendar of wins. If you click on the win, you should be taken to the link on the board where you will be able to see when they booked. There is no way to know if rates will come down closer to your stay - this is discussed in greater detail in the Priceline FAQ. July can be somewhat of a slower season (although not the slowest, that's now) due to high temps in NYC, but there's no way to know - I'd recommend continuing to be on the lookout.

You're searching for triple occupancy in NYC which often increases the price, that is the likely difference between the prices you're seeing on your search vs. last year. If you do an experiment search for double occupancy, are the prices lower?
