Bid zone 8, 3.5 star $100 for 2/19/2012; rejected.Immediately Rebid zone 8 and added zone 3 (knowing there are no 3.5s in zone 3 so was able to effectively rebid for San Juan again) increased to $110 accepted. Very pleased with this deal.
