What are my chances of getting a hotel that is not the intercontinental Avenue Marceau in Paris?

What is the minimum bid I can place to get a 5 star hotel in centarl Paris - By the Tulleries area.

5 star hotels.

I am getting 4 hotels in the list (no intercontinental) but in the tripadvisor forum I read that most people get the intercontinental Marceau when they bid in central Paris and I like the location of the ones shown on map and thet the IC one.

However, based upon the URL it appears you're using the retail listings and zones and they are different then those on the bidding side of their service.
