Hotwire Hotel: 5* In Las Vegas 2/2-2/5 for less than $100

Is this possible? I am new to this and have been reading the board for days. I have been to Hotwire and I don't see where I can bid. I just see red boxes with prices and it will show me the location after I agree. Am I missing something?

Also, my husband and I are traveling with our two children so I need to accomadate 4 that is why I was looking into hotwire instead of priceline.

I would really like to stay at the Trump condos.

You don't actually bid on Hotwire. You just accept that red box price. After you follow on in and do the credit card thing and they take your money, then you learn which hotel you bought.

The experts here can usually make a good guess as to which hotel it might be if you post back with the amenities and other details.

PS - On Priceline, the Trump is in a zone by itself - Las Vegas (Strip North Vicinity - Condo, so you can bid there being almost certain what you will get.

As per above, there is no bidding with HOTWIRE. You can see this thread which discusses the similiarities, and differences, between Priceline vs. Hotwire

While you do stand a good chance of landing the Trump by bidding the Strip North Condo zone, all that would be guaranteed thru PRICELINE would be double occupancy, so you'll need to accept the risk of receiving a room with one bed and/or negotiating with the hotel for the extra guests. As you're aware, HOTWIRE allows you to search for up to quad occupancy.

When searching HOTWIRE for the occupancy you need, does anything appear at the 5* level within your budget?
