Do you have specific reason to stay in this zone and/or are familiar with Vegas, as this is not an area where the typical visitor would most likely want to stay as it is far from the Strip.

The Strip South property above is a match for the Tropicana so that would be my best guess for this one.

HOTWIRE only shows one hotel at each star level per zone, so there is a chance the hotel you're hoping for isn't the one which is offered for your particular dates.
