My search was on Kailua Kona area, but Waikoloa - Kohala Coast area hotels come up at the end of the list. They are clearly marked as being Waikoloa - Kohala Coast.

The amenities list matched up the one on this site perfectly.

One thing I am not sure people are aware of is the Trip Advisor rating. While far from a unique indicator, it could be used sometimes to comfirm/rule out hotel identity.

The price fluctuated between $153 to $167. I've seen it come up in the search results list at $153, $156, $157, $160, and $167 for the same exact dates. You just have to close/re-open your browser and try again, until you get the lowest price possible.
