Before I bid where are the location of the five stars in Vegas?

From RE-BIDDING EXPLAINED:

The way to check what star levels are available in each zone is to open a Priceline page, check ONLY the zone you are inquiring about, and then proceed to the next page (as if you were going to select a zone)... this will give you the available star ratings in that area. You can then hit BACK on your browser, uncheck the current box, check the next box, and repeat the process. It is important to do this before EACH attempt at adding a zone that you really don't want, as new hotels can be added and the star ratings can change at any time.

If you'd like a bidding strategy let us know the dates of your stay.

I need 2 rooms Oct 21-24. I would prefer 4*. When should I consider the best time to book, now or closer to Oct?

Also, due to your stay including midweek and weekend days, are you willing to SPLIT YOUR BID?

Around 150. Don't want to split, my wife is NOT flexible.

I don't think you'll have success at this point in time at $150 (because splitting the bid isn't an option)... best i could currently find is Bally's at $145/nite and i would book that as a back-up.

A good value, but at slightly lower quality, is the IMPERIAL PALACE for $104/nite ($10 cancellation penalty if you use this as a back-up)... in the other direction is Treasure Island at $175/nite.

Bump this thread in a few weeks and we'll see if pricing has improved.
