Priceline Hotel: Downtown Miami Hotels not valid

For downtown Miami, both the Better Bidding Hotwire and Priceline hotel lists include the Courtyard and the Holiday Inn as 3* options. However, niether the PRICELINE, nor the HOTWIRE / Hotels.com sites offer these hotels. Does this have something to do with the hotels offering a free night if you find a lower price online?

Addendum - Courtyard: they don't show these hotels if you do a search from scratch. However, I just clicked a link from MAPS and HOTELS.com, and it took me right to the Hotels.com page with Courtyard on it. Holiday Inn: Kayak says that online prices are not available for this hotel and to go to the HI Web site.

Not every hotel is available for every nite thru every booking channel. As well, each service (even those that are affiliate with each) use a different universe of hotels... even the 'bidding' side of PRICELINE and the 'retail' side of PRICELINE use a different universe of hotels, so it's not uncommon to see a specific property offered thru one service but not thru another service.
