pilotguydave Posted June 27, 2005 Report Posted June 27, 2005 After looking at the bid history on this hotel I could have probably got a better price. However, I made the reservation the same day as check in at an internet kiosk in yosemite and I was almost out of time on the kiosk so I decided to bid high enough to make sure it wasn't rejected instead of mess around with it alot. My first bid of $95 was accepted and I bid on USE 4* only. It was a good deal on the hotel but with more time I could have got it cheaper.
thereuare Posted June 27, 2005 Report Posted June 27, 2005 Thank you for sharing your win with the board.I suppose the internet kiosk is not cheap, so you could either overbid by a few dollars or continue to rack up internet fees by the minute while you attempt to re-bid. I too would choose the path of least resistence. :) Hope you enjoyed your stay. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
