kjohn Posted January 11, 2012 Author Report Posted January 11, 2012 Sorry about that. Provided follow-up already. Forgot to mention that the dates are 1/21-1/22. Thanks!
thereuare Posted January 12, 2012 Report Posted January 12, 2012 Best guess for the 3.5* is the Doubletree Guest Suites Austin with a 'missing' Hi-Speed Internet icon that it has previously been seen with. The 4* matches multiple properties, with the AT&T Conference Center, Hilton, Hyatt, Inter-Continental Stephen F. Austin, and Omni all likely candidates. I'd slightly favor this one being the AT&T Conference Center over the others, but you should be prepared for any of these. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.Let us know how it goes or if we can be of further help. kjohn Posted January 16, 2012 Author Report Posted January 16, 2012 Thanks for your help, but neither are exactly what I'm looking for. I decided to book elsewhere. Thanks again!

kjohn Posted January 17, 2012 Author Report Posted January 17, 2012 I decided on staying at the Intercontinental at the regular rate of $205.85 per night. Factoring in taxi fare, it turns out to be the better deal and more convenient since I would prefer to be in downtown Austin and walking distance from several venues. Thanks again.
