We'll need 4 beds total (most likely 2 rooms) checking in February 24th and checking out February 26th (2 nights). Any tips for getting a good rate on PriceLine at a 4-5* hotel?

Thanks! I've clicked both the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links before replying to this thread.

We need two double rooms (2 beds in each room) with a max budget of $250/night. We're interested in the following zones:

South Beach - Central

South Beach - Collins Avenue Oceanfront

South Beach - Ocean Drive

Thanks again for your help :)

How many people are going to be in each room? PRICELINE only guarantees 1 bed/double occupancy - while one can request a room with two beds via the hotel after booking, the hotel may be unwilling or unable (or may charge an additional fee if a room w/2 beds is usually priced at a premium.) With HOTWIRE, if you search for more than two people in the room, you should get bedding for the entire party, although there is no guarantee as to exact bedding - while 2 beds is common, it may be 1 + sofabed or other combination.

Thank you for using the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches.

HOTWIRE allows you to search for up to quad occupancy per room, essentially guaranteeing your separate sleeping accommodations in each room. While this usually/often means two beds, the second 'bed' could be a rollaway brought into the room, a pullout sofabed, etc... would this work for your needs?
