Priceline Hotel: 4* Hong Kong (Tsim Sha Tsui) The Kowloon Hotel

Wanted to get a 5* in Tsim Sha Tsui, so I tried:

$158, Tsim Sha Shui, rejected

$168, add East Hong Hong, rejected

$178, add Central Kowloon, rejected

$188, add Tsuen Wan, rejected

start over with 4*

$158, Tsim Sha Shui

received Priceline counteroffer for $187, took it. This hotel was available on Expedia for $193. I couldn't price it on the Kowloon Hotel's web site because it wasn't responding.

There is also an offer on Hotwire 4* $187 for Tsim Sha Tsui, so I wonder if it is the same hotel.
