I cannot find any past posts on Aurora area hotels - any advice or thoughts would be greatly appreciated. This is for 2 adults and 2 children.

Would Aurora be the same as Denver Int area?

Although this property has not yet been reported to the board, the Red Lion Denver South East seems like a very good fit and that would be my best guess for this one.

Since this an extended stay you could see if this same property is offered for the first (or last) nite of your stay and then again for the balance. If so, you could purchase the solo nite in order to 'look behind the curtain'. If you're happy with the results purchase the remaining nites, if not, make alternate plans for the balance of your stay.

Thank you for the information - i (unfortunately) decided to go with the 3 star for $51 at the airport and ended up with the Baymont (i will post it shortly) Hotwire showed it as a $123 room down to $51. I did take your advice and only booked the first night, so now at least i can consider other options.

Tried 3.5* $45 and $48 and $50 all turned down.

Changed to 3* $50 for 5/10 - 5/12 and was accepted. Extended it 2 days at the same price.

Bid again 3* $50 for the 14th to the 15th and got the Hyatt place again.

Went to Priceline, got 3* for $50 for the remaining part of our stay - hopefully we will get 2 beds. Anyway, much happier with the Hyatt Place Denver Airport.
