The Holiday Inn Downtown has been previously seen with this amenity set, so that would be my guess.

I just booked our trip with a $37 hotwire central asheville hotel that listed 3 stars, 4/5 trip advisor rating, pool, restaurant, and fitness that usually has a rate of about $77 - and it turned out to be Holiday Inn & Suites Downtown Asheville - YAY! very happy! Pretty sure this is the one you're looking at too!
