OK, Since I'm considering this hotel I did some research and there is a parking lot right around the corner on 1634 Argyle Avenue called Sunshine Auto Park. The prices thre are much cheaper but a bit confusing because they count a day from 12pm so if you park at night and leave after 12pm the next day you end up paying $20 plus an extra $10 but if you leave before 12pm it's only $20.
