First bid was $40 and was offered a $50 automatic rebid. Didn't like this offer and normally refuse and rebid lower but this region didn't have any other zones to rebid so I had to take the offer. Content with the location, I've not stayed their and the comments are mixed on this place. Preferred a Marriott.
