Hotwire Hotel: 4* Downtown-Pike place

This hotel has been sitting on Hotwire for a few days for my Dates of Fri June 8-11:

4 * Pike Place (.5-1.5 from center)

Boutique hôtel

Fitness center

Restaurant

Business Center

High Speed Internet Access

$164

I am thinking it is the W, Alexis or Monaco.

It does not seem like the BEST deal, but an ok one. Should I take it, wait for another or try Priceline? I have no experience with either sites but I'd like to try to get a good price on a 4* in Pike place or Space Needle Zone. Of course I will link through this great forum which has already been a great help!

The Doubletree Arctic Club, Monaco and W have been seen with this amenity set previously. I'd lean towards the W, but any of the three are a possibility. Summer does tend to be a bit more expensive, but these dates are also a bit of a ways out at this point. If any of the possible hotels is of interest, you may want to consider HOTWIRE. If you are willing to accept any 4* in the zone, then PRICELINE is worth considering.
