I bid $98, did not accept but asked me to rebid to $121,which was accepted.I have stayed in Paris numerous times and key to Paris is having a Metro stop nearby, Republique has numerous lines crossing it and is close by. This is a dude trip so didn't have to worry about all the foo-foo amenities for the Misses.
