Priceline Hotel: 3.5* New York City (Midtown East) Marriott New York East Side

My family is planning to go to NYC mainly to see the musical near timesquare. I usually drive up there and stay in new jersey area but this time we decide to take a bus so I'm looking for a hotel in mid-town areas.

With a target of around $120-130 without fees, I appreciate any suggestion/help on my bidding here.

I never bid Manhattan before, and looks like i'm ok with CPS, CA, ES, HK, MSG, MTE, MTW, QB.

Started $100 and raised $10 until accepted.

Marriott New York East Side - is this a good hotel, just read other posting that MTE has some hotel with very small room - that's my only concern.

The majority of NYC hotel rooms are on the smaller side (some notoriously so) and if you only booked one room for your family, and you intend to be more than double occupancy, i would suggest calling the hotel and seeing if they can accommodate your request for a room with two beds (or one bed plus a sofabed and/or a rollaway cot brought into the room, if available). They may not guarantee anything until you're at the desk and ready to check-in, but hopefully they will at least make a note on the reservation.

You're also near my often recommended Ess-A-Bagel (Third Ave at 51st St) which has one of the best bagels in the city, makes for a nice, and relatively inexpensive, breakfast among local NYers.
