This one stumped me because I didn't see any wins for a 3.5 star boutique hotel and it had no review information, but I pulled the trigger anyway. From looking at your Hotwire hotel list, it seems it was formerly listed as a 4 star hotel and must have been downgraded. The total, with taxes and fees, was $248.22 for two nights. It was flagged as a Best Value/Hotwire hot rate. It looks newish but has some iffy reviews on Tripadvisor, so we'll see how it goes!
