Started at $130 and was rejected. Increased to $140 and won. Best published rate from travel sites is $258 so this was a great deal. Will help to offset the cost of the water taxi to airport which will run about $130 each way.

We stayed at the Molina Stucky last July, and unless you're wedded to the privacy of a water taxi, it's a beautiful trip to take on the Alilaguna Airport - Venice blue line water taxi (see their web site at "http://www.venicelink.com/index.php?lang=english".) Roundtrip fare is only 24 euros per person. There is a free water taxi to the Hilton from the next to the last stop or from San Zaccaria (the stop before San Marco). While you will be traveling with other tourists (the boat launch is 400 meters from the terminal) it is a lot of fun, and for the price, can't be beat.
