Hotwire Hotel: Need help identifying 4* Miami - Central South Beach

Hi,

I'm searching for a hotel in Miami from 01/17 - 01/19/2012 and found a 4* hotel in Central South Beach which I can't identify.

The amenities are:

Fitness Center

Pool

Restaurant

Business

Laundry Facilities

High Speed Internet

Golf Nearby

The only 4* hotels I found in the list are Riviera Suites and Sanctuary Hotel, but both have neither Golf nor Laundry Facilities...

The current offer is $171/night, the hotel is recommended in 70% of Hotwire customer reviews.

This property has not yet been reported to the board and the amenities are fairly common so i don't think we'll be able to add much insight for this one. HOWEVER, under the 'know before you go' section of this offer it states that this hotel only allows guests 21 years old and over... perhaps you or somebody local to the area may be able to narrow the options down based upon this info, i don't think there are that many 'adult only' hotels in the area.
