Hey all!

I'm going to be on a business trip in late January and I'm going to extend my trip through the weekend so I'll be looking for something from January 26th-29th. For the work part of the trip, I'm staying at the Nine Zero so I'd like to stay in the same area.

Any tips for location and amount to keep me in that or a similar area? (I won't have a car) I'd like to stay 4 star, but a nice 3-3.5 would be ok too.

Tips?

Thanks in advance!

looking at a 4* in the Theater District being offered for $137 a night (Jan 26-29)

Amenities include:

Boutique Hotel

Smoke Free Rooms

Fitness Center

Restaurant(s)

Business Center

High-Speed Internet Access

Also includes 95% Recommended

Any thoughts? Could this be the Nine Zero?

Thanks in advance!

Please keep all posts for the same stay in the same thread. This makes it easy to see what has already been considered as well as keeps 'orphaned thread' (where there is no follow-up or resolution) to a minimum, as well as allows future users to see everything that was done to accomplish the win in one place.

The HOTWIRE property matches previous reports for the Back Bay Hotel, so that would be my best guess for this one. Is this of interest at this price, or do you want to try bidding on PRICELINE? If bidding on PRICELINE, please let us know which zones (which were recently redefined) are acceptable and your maximum bid, we'll then suggest a strategy for you to follow.

Ah, I guess I see. I was trying to keep the Priceline stuff with the Priceline stuff and the Hotwire with the Hotwire. I thought that made more sense.

now I know.

I'll look into that hotel. For the Priceline stay, I think i would like to stay somewhere near the Nine Zero so that I don't have to go far to switch hotels. Pref would be 4*. I'd like to stay in the low $100's per night.

Thanks!

Is this 4* rated as well? If so, these amenities are common and match the Hilton Financial, Millenium Bostonian, Nine Zero and Omni Parker House... so any of these would be among the likely outcomes.

Let us know how it goes or if we can be of further help.

Yeah, it's 4 star. Thanks for the guesses.

Any suggestions for how I should try my bidding for this area in a 4 star or higher if I go the Priceline route.

Thanks so much for the help!

If/when you decide to use PRICELINE let us know your maximum bid and the zone(s) you're willing to accept and we'll suggest a strategy for you to follow.

I thought I already did that. :D

'Somewhere near' Nine Zero is relative... which zones, by PRICELINE name, are you willing to accept? As well, the "low $100's" doesn't tell us where to stop the bidding strategy... $105, $110, $120, $140??

... if I go the Priceline route.

Please first decide if you want to go the PRICELINE route or not so that we don't research a strategy that won't be used OR won't be used for a few days/weeks (and therefore may not necessarily be valid once attempted)
