Hotwire Hotel: Please help identify! 4.5 Stars in MTE and Downtown

I am still a newbie to this forum. -)

I saw many people got New York Palace from Hotwire and hope to get that deal too. Now theres only one hotel in MTE area that has 4.5 stars. Its a bit cheaper though, $131 a night from Dec22-Dec25. Amenities include:

Fitness Center, Restaurant(s), Business Center, High-Speed Internet Access, Spa Services

Also, another one is in downtown Soho-Financial district, at $160/night.

Amenities:

Fitness Center, Restaurant(s), Business Center, High-Speed Internet Access

I see it could be W or Tribeca Grand. I like Tribeca Grand alot but W is my least favorite hotel in NYC and I really hope I can avoid W. Any comment/advice is very appreciated.

The 4.5* MTE is a possible match for the Benjamin, while the 4.5* Downtown is a possible match for the W or Tribeca Grand.
