with help from better bidding, i bid USD80.00 as starting bid for convention ctr, failed

increased to USD85.00 and included dupont circle, successful.

I really wanted the convention centre though cos i know priceline uses mainly the Grand Hyatt and i wanted it badly...

have to settle for less..
