Used PRICELINE link. Bid up to $93 unsuccessfully, then added zone and rebid $95, accepted, exactly where we hoped. This property and location should work well for us.

Looked on hotel's own site afterward, to find that their 14 day advance nonrefundable rate would have been only $93.50, with bed choice as well as $10 savings of Priceline's fee....

Since the hotel's room rate is $93.50 and you won with a $95 bid, you should file a claim with PRICELINE's Best Rate Guarantee... they should not only match the rate, but also give you $25 off your purchase.

I just called Priceline Big Deal Guarantee's number, and in a few minutes they confirmed the above, and told me I'd get a refund of the difference (including added fees) + $25 back on my credit card within 7 - 10 business days. Much obliged for your comments, as I wasn't aware I'd qualify. You're an awesome site adminstrator! :D
