Hotwire Hotel: 3 * NYC Downtown Soho question

Thinking about pulling the trigger on NYC 3* downtown soho for 12/16-12/17. The only thing it shows Breakfast along with Fitness, Business, Internet any idea's I know the Best Western Seaport has breakfast but thats a 3 1/2*

My guess would be that the Holiday Inn Express Wall Street may have been upgraded to 3*.
