Priceline Hotel: Duluth bid help

We would like to stay in Duluth on Monday and Tuesday next week. I see the cheapest rates at the Radisson at $95.00, and at the Holiday Inn at $97.00. I've had both of those come up for me before, but the Radisson is listed as 3 star, and I am more comfortable bidding in that category, as in 2 star, I've also had lesser hotels far out of from the waterfront, that go for a cheaper rate than the Holiday Inn. What do you suggest I bid for 3 star? Thanks!

We don't see much bidding in this area so you may have more experience with the area than us!

I would suggest that it may take $50-$60+ to be successful at the 3* level.

Given the short timeframe before your stay i might just start at $60 so if you are rejected you have at least one more opportunity to try again (at an even higher amount).

Let us know how it goes.
