Tom43 Posted December 9, 2011 Report Posted December 9, 2011 Bid $70 for the Rancho Mirage-Indian Wells-Palm Desert region and got a counterbid of $90, which I passed on. Added Indio and bid $75, which was declined. Added Palm Springs region and raised the bid to $80, which was accepted. Based on other forum experience, this is the property I expected and I look forward to the stay.
