Crown plaza should be 2.5*, treat u below avg. Pay for parking 29$, pay for internet, room on 2 floor, no view, next to elevator, noise from highway and hallway, asked for nice room, said 25/night upgrade to deluxe room. Made point that this was Hotwire room. Will use hotels.com best western 3* across the street free parking,internet, and breakfast.
