For the all-inclusive offer, a property with this amenity set has not yet been reported to the board. I think the Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas is a likely candidate among the possibilities, but with most all-inclusive properties offering such similar amenities, it's difficult to stay with a high degree of certainty.

The 4* hotel in the Corridor, this is a match for the Hilton Los Cabos Beach and Golf Resort so that would be my best guess here.
