Hotwire Hotel: Help with NYC hotels

Hi, I have been reading this board but have never tried to use Hotwire or Priceline before. I am looking to book a hotel in NYC for 1 night (11/27/2011) I found 3 choices using your Hotwire search. Can you help me identify them?

first one is 2.5 stars in the Central Park area. $77/night. amenities are laundry & high speed internet

Next is 3.5 stars in Downtown - Soho area. $139/night. Amenities - fitness, restaurant, business center, high speed internet

Lastly is 4 stars in Downtown - Soho area. $156/night. Amenities - fitness, business, high speed internet

Also, what is the purpose of this stay, desired star rating, and expected budget... none of the hotels above are really the most convenient for the typical visitor.

Oops, sorry. Date was supposed to be 12/27-28. I have been to New York City twice before and have no problem riding the subway, so the location really isn't a problem. My friend and I are just going for the night over our kids Christmas break. The 3 hotels I listed are the ones that are in my budget. Just wanted to get a feel of which hotels they might be.

The Central Park property and the 4* Downtown property have not yet been reported to the board or identified.

The 3.5* Soho property matches previous reports for the Holiday Inn Wall Street (aka- Wall Street District Hotel - 15 Gold St) so that would be my best guess here.
