honey on boost Posted November 29, 2011 Report Posted November 29, 2011 Looking for a hotel for this weekend. Is it too late to get a good deal for C/I 12-2 C/O 12-3?I'm looking for 3.5 - 4* in the Orlando convention center area.I selected 3.5* and I bid all the way to $65. I used 5 re-bidding zones and it was denied. I'm going to try again. Any suggestions?
Romelle Posted November 29, 2011 Report Posted November 29, 2011 Did you look at HOTWIRE? You'll have to check the map to be sure you are OK with the possible location, but HW has a 3 1/2* for $57 for your date. Please do use the HOTWIRE link in the upper left hand corner.Romelle
honey on boost Posted November 29, 2011 Author Report Posted November 29, 2011 I'm going to check that out. I would also be willing to stay at the Rosen which is a 3* anyway to know if it is possibly one of the hotels on HOTWIRE?
thereuare Posted November 29, 2011 Report Posted November 29, 2011 If you go to HOTWIRE, what are the amenities for the 3* hotel appearing in this zone for your dates? Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. honey on boost Posted November 30, 2011 Author Report Posted November 30, 2011 I always use your links :)Here are the amenities it's a 3* for $53 a nightResort Fitness Center Pool(s) Laundry Facilities (self-service) Tennis Nearby Kitchenette Spa Services Children's Activity Program This one sounds good too. 3 1/2* $59 a nightResort Fitness Center Pool(s) Restaurant(s) Business Center Laundry Facilities (self-service) High-Speed Internet Access TIA!
thereuare Posted November 30, 2011 Report Posted November 30, 2011 The 3.5* property matches previous reports for the Wyndham Orlando Resort so that would be my best guess for that one.For the 3*, the Westgate Lakes Resort and Spa has previously been seen with this amenity set, but at the 3.5* level, so my guess is that this property may have been downgraded since last reported to the board. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.Let us know how it goes or if we can be of further help.
